The special protection of the double-headed thermal bonding machine is a special labor protection measure in view of the characteristics of the growth and development of juvenile workers and the need to receive compulsory education.
(1) Employers are not allowed to arrange thermal bonding machines to engage in the following scope of labor: ① Dust exposure operations above the first level in the national standard for the classification of the hazards of productive dust operations; ② Toxic operations above the first level in the national standards for the classification of toxic operations ; ③High-altitude operations above the second level in the national standard for classification of high-altitude operations; ④Cold water operations above the second level in the national standards for cold-water classification; ⑤High-temperature operations above the third level in the national standards for high-temperature classification; Low-temperature operations above the third level in the national standard for classification of operations; ⑦Operations with the fourth level of physical labor intensity in the national standard for classification of physical labor intensity; ⑧Quarrying operations in mines and mines; ⑩Operations where the workplace is exposed to radioactive substances; ⑾Operations with high risks such as inflammable and explosive, chemical burns and thermal burns; ⑿Field operations in geological exploration and resource exploration; and operations on plateaus with an altitude of more than 3,000 meters (excluding those who have lived on plateaus); ⒁Continuous loads of more than six times per hour and each time exceeding 20 kg, and intermittent loads of more than 25 kg each time; ⒂Using rock drills, tamping machine, air pick, air shovel, riveting machine, electric hammer; ⒃In the work, it is necessary to keep the head down, bend over, lift up, squat, etc. for a long time, and the assembly line operation with a frequency of movements greater than 50 times per minute; ⒄Boiler fireman.
(2) When a high-frequency thermal bonding machine worker suffers from a certain disease or has certain physical defects (non-disabled), the employer shall not arrange for him to engage in the following scope of labor: ① Above the first level in the national standard for grading high-altitude operations ②Low temperature operation above the second level in the national standard for grading low temperature work; ③High temperature operation above the second level in the national standard for high temperature operation classification; ④Physical labor intensity above the third level in the national standard for physical labor intensity classification ⑤ Exposure to lead, benzene, mercury, formaldehyde, carbon disulfide and other operations that are likely to cause allergic reactions.
(3) Employers should conduct regular health checks for high-frequency thermal bonding machine workers in accordance with the following requirements: ①Before arranging a job; The employer should arrange suitable labor for the high-frequency heat-sealing machinist according to the results of the health examination. For those who are not qualified for the original labor post, they should reduce the workload or arrange other labor according to the certificate of the medical department.
