Safety precautions for daily operation of thermal bonding machine products

When installing and using thermal bonding machine products, do not place other debris on the machine or use it as a raised device.
It should be ensured that the use environment of thermal bonding machine products is clean, and the pressure plate of the PUR melter must not have solid objects such as non-melting solids, impurities, iron filings, screws, wire ends, and hard sharp objects.
When moving or lifting thermal bonding machine products, only the base of the thermal bonding machine is allowed to be used as the focal point for handling, and the stroke cylinder of the PUR hot melt gluer, the door of the electrical box, the electrical components on the control panel, or the glue feeding pipe of the thermal insulation pipe are not allowed to be used for assistance. Lifting the melter and abnormal handling will damage the PUR hot melt melter spraying equipment.
When moving or transporting thermal bonding machine products, the power must be cut off first, so that the PUR hot melt gluer platen and the glue in the glue barrel can be cooled before moving.
During the transportation and handling of thermal bonding machine products, the PUR hot melt adhesive machine must always be kept vertical. If it is transported or transported at an angle, the positioning accuracy of the PUR hot melt adhesive machine will be damaged, and the PUR hot melt adhesive machine may also be damaged.
Avoid using thermal bonding machine products around volatile and explosive raw materials or gases. Do not store inflammable and explosive materials around the PUR hot melt adhesive machine spraying equipment.
Do not operate the hot melt gluer without proper protection, good insulation or good protective panels. When thermal bonding machine products need to be overhauled, they must be disassembled and repaired by professionally trained personnel.
When the ambient temperature is lower than -20°C or the ambient temperature is higher than 80°C, the PUR hot melt adhesive machine cannot be operated.
Where thermal bonding machine products are used, there should be no rapid air flow. When the PUR glue barrel and the glue platen used in the PUR hot melt gluer are exposed to the fast circulating air, the rapid cooling will affect the hot melt flow of the PUR hot melt gluer and waste energy.
When using Pthermal bonding machine products, you should check whether the PUR hot-melt glue bucket is deformed. The severely deformed PUR polyurethane hot-melt glue bucket should be discarded to avoid damage to the PUR hot-melt glue machine platen.
Whenever the thermal bonding machine products hoses and glue applicators are disassembled, the PUR hot melt adhesive that may be exposed must be sealed with silicone oil immediately to avoid wet reaction curing.
When thermal bonding machine products are not used for a long time, the circumference of the heating platen of the PUR hot melt adhesive machine should be sealed with silicone oil to ensure the performance of the PUR hot melt adhesive in the plastic barrel.
