How to resume work in an orderly manner

Our company's post-epidemic resumption of work arrangements are as follows:
Based on the government's notice that work resumption should not be earlier than 24:00 on February 9 (the sixteenth day of the first lunar month, Sunday), our company will gradually resume work on February 24.
I. Prepare for the resumption of work in advance.
1. Appoint an administrative staff member to handle the company's epidemic prevention work;
2. Develop an implementation plan for the company's epidemic prevention work;
3. Collect information on employees' travel during the holiday period and their return-to-work dates;
4. Establish independent workspaces for employees;
5. Stock up on necessary epidemic prevention materials and personal protective equipment for employees:
Disposable protective masks
Disposable gloves
Infrared thermometer
Disinfectant hand wash
75% alcohol
Detergent
Disinfectant spray
Handheld spray bottle
Etc.
II. Take epidemic prevention measures seriously.
1. Conduct health checks on employees returning to work. Set up a temperature detection point at the front desk, measuring and recording the body temperature of all employees before and after work every day;
2. Distribute protective supplies to employees monthly, strengthen publicity on epidemic prevention knowledge, and enhance the self-protection awareness of employees returning to work and those working from home;
3. Carry out daily disinfection and sterilization of key areas such as company offices, workshops, and canteens;
4. Establish staggered meal times and decentralized dining systems in the canteen;
5. Cancel monthly meetings, weekly meetings, and employee training sessions, etc., that involve gatherings;
6. Strengthen access control to the company. All personnel entering the company must wear masks and have their temperature measured;
III. Provide basic support for employees
1. Employees who have not been able to return to Xiamen to resume work due to the epidemic will be provided with wages to ensure their basic living needs.
