Pu injection machine is the main molding equipment for making thermoplastics or thermosetting plastics into various shapes of plastic products using plastic molding molds. Divided into vertical, horizontal, all-electric. The injection molding machine heats the plastic, applying high pressure to the molten plastic so that it is ejected to fill the mold cavity.
Features of pu injection machine:
1. The injection device and the clamping device are on the same vertical centerline, and the mold is opened and closed in the up and down direction. The floor area is only about half of that of the horizontal machine, so the productivity is about twice as much in terms of floor space.
2. It is easy to realize insert molding. Because the mold surface faces up, insert placement is easy. The pu injection machine adopts a model with a fixed lower die plate and a movable upper die plate. If the belt conveyor device is combined with a manipulator, fully automatic insert molding can be easily realized.
3. The weight of the pu injection machine mold is supported by the horizontal template to open and close up and down, and the phenomenon that the template cannot be opened and closed will not occur similar to the horizontal machine due to the gravity of the mold. It is beneficial to maintain the accuracy of machinery and molds for durability.
4. The pu injection machine can take out each plastic part cavity through a simple manipulator, which is conducive to precision molding.
