1. The user should understand the operating procedures and general principles of the thermal bonding machine, and can operate the machine only after passing the training.
2. Before starting the thermal bonding machine, check whether the circuit is normal or not, and check whether the surface of the machine is clean. Scissors, blades, hard objects and other items cannot be placed at the conveying end to avoid damage to the conveyor belt.
3. Press the power switch and wait for the power light to light up. At this time, the motor and the electric heater will start at the same time, and the temperature will rise to the set temperature after about half an hour.
4. Choose a suitable working environment temperature according to the interlining.
5. It should be noted that the actual temperature of the thermal bonding machine operation needs to be formally bonded after more than two passes of the test according to the actual conditions of the bonding and the fabric.
6. The selection pressure should be selected according to the actual characteristics of the material, generally 1-2kg/m2 (or 0.09-0.2MP). When processing thicker fabrics or when high pressure is not required, reduce the thermal bonding machine to a reasonable value according to experiment.
7. Select a speed of 2-3 m/min, or select a bond-forming time of 8-12 seconds.
8. When gluing, make sure that the edge of the interlining is slightly smaller than the garment piece, and the rubber side faces the opposite side of the garment material.
9. When the thermal bonding machine is running in normal working condition, it is strictly forbidden to reach into the body tissue to grab or take out the clothing pieces.
10. The clothes scraper and conveyor belt should be cleaned or stained from time to time, and special care should be taken when the machine is running. Problems are found and reported in a timely manner.
11. When a power failure occurs on the thermal bonding machine, use the emergency handle to turn the machine in time to reduce the temperature of the machine and avoid damage to the conveyor belt due to high temperature.
12. After the thermal bonding machine is finished, choose to stop automatically, adjust the temperature and pressure to zero, and at the same time clean the dirt on the wool rod and apply silicone oil.
